Mindy was an in-home nanny for our son for about a year prior to her starting her own daycare. We cannot say enough good things about her and we are confident recommending her to care for your children. Mindy is extremely competent and it is obvious she loves children. While watching our son, she taught him his ABCs, and worked with him on numbers, colors, shapes, and opposites. Mindy and my son always kept busy going to the library, visiting parks, playing outside, reading books, and learning while having fun! Mindy runs a tight ship: Our son knew his limits with her; she was always on time (if not early) and she was willing to stay late if needed, and our house was always pristine when we got home. She manages to be firm, while still being fun and playful. Our son loves Mindy and we do too! We are excited for her to start her own business, but we will miss seeing her every week at our home.
